At BurnBox, we aim to deliver sustainably sourced British firewood to your door efficiently, neatly, and responsibly. All deliveries are made within the UK using trusted courier partners that align with our environmental values.

Delivery Schedule

We work hard to ensure your firewood arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

  • Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Subscription deliveries are scheduled automatically based on your chosen frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or custom). You’ll receive an email confirmation when each delivery is processed.

While we always aim for next working day or scheduled delivery, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: £4.95
  • Free delivery on all orders over £30
  • Subscription deliveries include standard delivery costs within the displayed price.

Delivery pricing is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order type.

Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may take additional time and incur extra delivery charges.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Our focus is on local, low-mileage deliveries to minimise emissions and support our sustainability commitment.
If you’re a business customer outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss bespoke arrangements.

Notifications and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation by email or SMS with your tracking details.
You’ll be able to monitor your parcel’s progress directly via our courier’s tracking portal and receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day of arrival where available.

If you have specific delivery instructions (such as a safe place or delivery note), please provide them at checkout.
